Dailies
The Hours tab shows how many hours each person worked on your dailies. Pick a week or any other range of dates. Each person shows one total, and you can open the total to see each day, project and cost code. A calendar view shows the same hours as a grid of people and days. Open it from Operations > Dailies > Hours.
Go to Operations > Dailies and click the Hours tab. The table opens on this week. It shows one row per person with the total hours. The Total row adds up everyone in the table.
Click a person. Clue shows one row for each daily and cost code: the day, the hours, the project, the cost code, the daily's status and the attestation. Click the person again to close the rows.
Click a day row to open that daily. When you go back, the Hours tab keeps your dates, filters and the people you opened. Click the attestation status, for example Signed or Flagged, to open the attestation. From there you can send it back to fix, or click See Daily.
Type a name or an employee code in Search. Click Attestation and pick Not Signed to see only the hours that nobody signed yet. Click Filters to filter by attestation, daily status, project, sub-organization or foreman.
Click the Table Settings button at the top right. Turn on the columns that you need. For each person: User Code, Job Title, Email, Mobile Phone, Pay Class and Crew. For each line: Foreman, Sub Organization, Machine and Cost. Clue keeps your columns for the next time.
You see the person columns only if your role can see other people in the People directory. The Cost column shows only if your role can see costs.
Click the calendar button at the right end of the filter bar. Each row is a person and each column is a day. Click Table Settings to add person columns, for example User Code or Crew. They show between the name and the days. Click the pin next to a column to keep it in place when you scroll to the right. The color of each cell shows the attestation of that day. Point at a cell to see the attestation status in words, and when the person answered, for example Signed, Oct 19, 12:05 PM. The last column shows the total. Click a cell to open that daily.
Click the Download button (the down arrow) at the top right. Pick Download .xls for an Excel file or Download .csv for a CSV file. The file shows the hours that you see on the screen, with the same dates, filters and columns.
The hours in the file are numbers, so you can add them up in your spreadsheet.
Click the Share button at the top right. Type the email address of each person who must get the hours, and add a message if you want. Then click Share.
Clue sends an email with the Hours spreadsheet of this view attached, the same file that Download .xls gives you. The email also has an Open Hours button. It opens the Hours tab with the same dates, filters and view. A person sees the hours in Clue only for the projects that they can see. A person without Clue can use the attached spreadsheet.
